New Year, New You- Day Retreat

Saturday | January 17th | 11am-2:30pm

Dr. Heather Setzenfand from A Total Healing Solution
Recalibrate your nervous system with a mini dry needling session by addressing your Vagus Nerve and shoulders where most of us hold stress. Please wear a tank top to have your shoulders treated. Dr. Heather will also be sending you home with ear seeds to continue therapy for up to 5 days. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of calm and receive improved, restful sleep.

Relax and rejuvenate as you learn how to pamper yourself with self-massage.  You’ll learn techniques for scalp and hand massage as well as how to use aromatherapy focusing on what YOU need!  You’ll leave with your own customized essential oil perfect for home massages.
Chef Barbie
From Farm to Table to Fabulous! Chef Barbie will teach you how to transform mundane cooking routines into mindful moments. You’ll learn how to feed your body and spirit with intention, create cravings for healthy foods and tips for seasoning through the winter season.
RN Amanda Oechler from Inner Solution Well Being
Release the old, receive the New!  You’ll leave feeling lighter and renewed as you complete an energy reset including grounding breathwork, guided meditation, energy cleaning, sound therapy with crystal bowls, and intention setting for the year.  Take home a crystal to anchor your 2026 intentions, an affirmation guide, and an emotional rest guide.
Cost: $140 per Person. Lunch is included.

This event is free admission.

Held rain or shine! Our vendors will be located near the lakeside pavilion area behind our Farm Market.
